If you do not have a BingeHub account and are visiting bingehub.co, you may submit a data opt-out request by emailing us directly. We do not associate visitor activity with a named individual unless you are signed in.

To submit an opt-out request: email info@bingehub.co with the subject line "Do Not Sell". We will confirm receipt within 15 business days.

Opt-Out — BingeHub Account Holders
‍BingeHub account holders can exercise their privacy rights through one of the following options:

‍Email info@bingehub.co from the email address associated with your BingeHub account. Use the subject line "Do Not Sell". We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days.

‍Option 2 — In-App Privacy Settings
‍You can manage your privacy choices directly within the BingeHub app:
Sign in to BingeHub on web or mobile.
Go to Settings → Privacy & Data.
Select "Manage My Data Preferences".
Toggle off any data processing activities you wish to opt out of.
Tap "Save Preferences" to confirm your choices.

*Opting out will not affect your ability to use BingeHub. Your account, watchlist, and subscription data will continue to function normally.

What is the Global Privacy Control?
‍Certain US state privacy laws require businesses to recognize opt-out signals sent through a user's browser, known as the Global Privacy Control (GPC). This signal indicates your preference to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or its use for targeted advertising, as required by applicable law.

‍How BingeHub Responds to a GPC Signal
‍Where required by applicable law, BingeHub detects and honors GPC signals on bingehub.co. When a GPC signal is recognized, we will:
Limit the collection of non-essential data on that browser session.
Apply the opt-out to any data processing activities covered by applicable law for that session.

‍Signed-In Users
‍If you are signed in to BingeHub and access the site from a browser sending a recognized GPC signal, where required by applicable law, we will apply your opt-out preference to your account for the data processing activities specified by law. To apply this setting to all devices, update your preferences in Settings → Privacy & Data.

‍Signed-Out or Non-Account Users
‍If you are not signed in or do not have a BingeHub account and your browser is sending a GPC signal, we will honor your opt-out for that browser session on bingehub.co. If you access BingeHub from a different browser or device, the GPC signal must be enabled on that browser separately.

*GPC is supported in browsers including Brave, DuckDuckGo, and Firefox (with privacy extensions). You can enable it through your browser's privacy settings or a compatible extension.

If you are a resident of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Montana, or another US state with applicable consumer privacy laws, you may have similar opt-out rights regarding the sale, sharing, or use of your personal information for targeted advertising.

To exercise those rights, use the same contact and in-app methods described on this page. BingeHub will process your request in accordance with the privacy laws applicable to your state of residence.
